| 520 | ▼b영문초록 : Generally, the reduction of duration in the highrise building works took the focus skelton structure works which unit floor plan is repeatedly structure, but could be reduced the duration in the finishing works. In this point, the purpose of this study was to reduce the duration and improvement of construction management, in the highrise apartment by the application of group division method for the finishing work. The results obtained from this study are as follows. 1. In case of the highrise apartment finishing works, which unit floor plan is repeatedly the same type and construct several buildings at the same time, was able to reduce the duration by the application of group division method. 2. The reduction of duration by group division method was decided by type of group division section, selection of standard finishing work item, earliest starting of following work and the smallest works in first section of group division. 3. The reduction of duration by the application of group division method was able to save total cost without increasing the direct cost. 4. The group division method was able to improve quality control and safety control, because its method could be efficiently applicated to improve on planning, resource levelling, continuous and skillful works. | |
