It is a service to expedite use of library materials by cataloging materials first to be used(browsed/borrowed) when they are confirmed as having been procured by the library or found to be “being cataloged” during searching.

How to apply

  4. Click on the Request button if books are under the state of “being cataloged”

How to borrow requested materials

  • After checking the notice of arrivals, they can be borrowed at the loan desk.

Notice

  • Users whose borrowed books are overdue or who are stopped from borrowing or those who have exceeded the number of books that can be borrowed are not allowed to apply.
  • Priority cataloging book requests can be made only for materials “being cataloged”.
  • If priority cataloging book requests are made for books under purchase requests, priority is given to purchase requesters.
  • For requests made in the morning, borrowing or reading are possible in the morning of the following day, and for those made in the afternoon, borrowing or reading are possible in the afternoon of the following day.
