This study conducted an empirical analysis of game distribution platforms. This empirical study was called on users who had previously used a game distribution platform. A study was conducted on whether the characteristics of game distribution platforms have an impact on users' satisfaction and intention to continue using them. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of the game distribution platform (interaction, convenience, variety) had a positive impact on satisfaction. At the same time, the characteristics of the game distribution platform (interaction, convenience, variety) positively influenced the intention to continue using the game. In addition, user satisfaction positively influences the intention to continue using. Based on the results of this study, game distribution platforms should focus more on communication between the platform and users, provide easier and more convenient features, maximise the variety of games available, and expand the range of choices available to users. By doing so, users will be more satisfied and will continue to use the platform.
