以玉米淀粉、壳聚糖、魔芋葡甘露聚糖(KGM)为成膜基材.通过研究成膜配方中壳聚糖与KGM质量比、玉米淀粉、甘油、吐温-80等材料的质量分数对复合抗拉强度(TS)、断裂伸长率(EAB)、水蒸气透过系数(WVP)和不透明度(Opacity)的影响,以主成分分析法计算复合膜综合分为评价指标,利用正交实验对复合膜成膜配方进行优化.结果表明:当壳聚糖与KGM质量比1.0:0.6、玉米淀粉质量分数10%、甘油质量分数0.50%、吐温-80质量分数0.30%时,复合膜TS为(22.53±0.16) MPa,EAB为(20.07±1.18)%,WVP为(1.87±0.01) ×10-12 g·cm-1·s-1·Pa-1,不透明度为(4.13±0.07) mm-1,复合膜性能最优.
Composite films were prepared using com starch,chitosan and konjac glucomannan (KGM) as the film forming material.The effects of chitosan to KGM ratio,corn starch,glycerol,Tween-80 concentration and on the physical properties such as tensile strength (TS),elongation at break (EAB),water vapor permeability (WVP) and opacity of the composite films were explored.The composite membrane was divided into evaluation indexes by principal component analysis method,and the composite film was optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum formula of corn starch-based composite films were chitosan and konjac glucomannan ratio of 1.0 ∶ 0.6,the corn starch concentration of 10%,glycerol concentration of 0.50%,and Tween-80 concentration of 0.30%.The properties of composite films under the optimal conditions revealed tensile strength of(22.53 ± 0.16) MPa,EAB of (20.07 ± 1.18)%,WVP of (1.87±0.01) × 10-12 g · cm-1 · s-1 · pa-1,opacity of (4.13 ±0.07) mm-1,showing the best physical properties.
