영문초록 : In case of the investitures of Three Kingdoms mentioned in the section 2, those given by Chinese Dynasties were decided by the requirement of Three Kingdoms. We can understand the fact that the problems of the investitures by Chinese Dynasties were determined after the envoys of Three Kingdoms had paid visits to Chinese Dynasties. In section 3, I analyzed the substance of investitures. The main point is to study the names of regions and those of the title of a position. Official titles of Three Kingdoms given by the Northern Dynasties can be classifed into two parts. One is the case of Ying Zhou ( 營州 ), Former Yan ( 前燕 ) which called Ying Zhou gave koguryo ( 高句麗 ) Dynasty the name which didn't exist at that time. But Ying Zhou had no really governable region like Shuo Zhou ( 朔州 ) that was mentioned in the section 4. Another is the case like Liao Dong ( 遼東 ) that had the possible region to govern. In observing the official titles which extended from the first rank to the third the rank, high or low, had no real meaning. Finally in the section 4, I compared Jasa of Ying Zhou ( 營州刺史 ) with those of Shuo Zhou and Wu Zhou ( 武州 ) that were similar to Jasa of Dong Qing Zhou ( 東靑州 ). And I also compared the investitures of Koryo ( 高麗 ) Kings and Princes one another. But I find out that the regions given by the Northern Dynasties had no real meaning like the conferment of official titles and court rank. Therefore, when I put the aobve sections together, so-called Northern Qi( 北□ ) located at the southeast parts of the Shan Dong( 山東 ) Peninsula entrusted Paek je( 百□ ) Dynasty to govern Dong Qing Zhou, which was in the same boat with Ying Zhou, Shuo Zhou and Wu Zhou. But it seems doubtful to believe that Paek je Dynasty ruled Dong Qing Zhou, Ying Zhou, Shuo Zhou and Wu Zhou really.
