520 | ▼b영문초록 : As external environment that corporate confront suddenly change and new information overflow, the abilities of external adaptation of organization is needed, internally is needed integrational management than funtional seperation for each put of orgnization. What approach problem of organization answer to such a requirement is cultural approach. In this point of view, this study is trying to find the relationship between leadership style and corporate culture, the relationship between corporate culture patterns and organizational effectiveness. The method of this study did simultaneously theorical study and positive study. The paper investigation used 167 volumes among 300 volums intended for manufacture corporate, service corporate, finance corporate, also analyzed collected data using PC-SAS package on the basis of this. (1) T-test and One-Way ANOVA is used in order to test the difference of corporate culture patterns of Korean business according to leadership style and career and work and a position. (2) Correlation analysis and Multiple Regression analysis is employed test the relationship corporate culture and the orgnizational effectiveness. The result showed through positive analysis of this study is as follows: First, in all corporate culture style of researched corporates, common and dominant culture style is highly showed in perception for Maintenance culture. Second, members of organization were analyzed difference of perception degree on corporate culture style by position, affairs, career. In position level, above head of department and head of division perceived highly affiliation culture. In affairs level, only maintenance culture showed significantly difference. In career level, those worked long perceived highly maintenance culture. Only maintenance culture showed signification. Third, relation between leadership style and corporate culture style showed significantly difference. In participative leadership, affiliation culture and progressive culture were perceived high. In authoritative leadership, maintenance culture and rationality culture were perceived high. Forth, in relation between corporate culture, whole culture intensity and orgnizational effectiveness have correlation. Affiliation culture and progressive culture have high plus correlation in organizational effectiveness. Maintenance culture and rationality culture have low correlation in organizational effectiveness. | |
