영문초록 : In the late Silra community, the absolute monarchy was weakened due to the slackness of official discipline, because of the breach of land system, thieves were competing with one another, on account of the rise of local powerful family who rallied these powers, the Silra society had to step in the process of collapse. In this process, among the powers of rising powerful clans, Kung-yae from Wonju, Kyonhyon from Wansan, and Wang-Keun from Songak gained control over the other forces and appealed as the centering powerful families. Accordingly, the origin and the source which made possible to grow these principle powerful clans are summarized as fellows : First of all, Kung-yae was born as a son of powerless royal family who was abandoned on his birth as a child born of a concubine of king whose royal line was not accuse rately known converted to Buddhism for some tine, and assisted the thieves in the warlike age later and controlled them to become a powerful family finally. However, according to he expansion of power, he turned out to be a tyrant losing the public mind and killed by his own men. Second, Kyon-hyon was originally from a member of powerful family, and he became a general of Silrs, and gained control over the other powers. However, he could not have a powerful sovereign power over provinces and prefectures that he secured, and the collapse came suddenly. Third, Wang-keun was grown up with the background of the basis of a powerful family related to the sea merchant powers and of the family line of local official and served kung-yao, a bandit leader. However, he had enough time of 20 years, judging the warlike age in those days so correctly that he could promote the unified new order in the country
