영문초록 : The China has brought on a various change with the economic open-door policy from the 1970's .In 1978,Deng-xiaoping adopted a very pragmatic policy, emphasizing the four economic parts of modernization of the country. that in turn boosted the open-door policy in the area of special economic zones and development area. these change come about this innovation of the trade management system as well as the build up of the foreign economic open districts. The China economic reform develops further, state enterprise will have increasingly more self decision making power step by step with consequently unchanged competitive ability. Also China's rejoining the GATT will cause a crisis to the Korea's enterprises in trade. Chinese enterprises will adjust their product structure to meet the change of the consumption structure of the Korean consumers. We can predict that in the future, with the gradual establishment of market mechanism and the faster development of economy in China, marketing will become the most important role in business administration of the Chinese enterprises, and the trade techniques and skills of the Chinese enterprises will reach greater maturity. Especially, the most important part of this paper is that economic effects on Korea when China's enterprises export goods to Korea. Every economic effect of this part has a influence on the entire industry of China, year after year, however, that is on the increase little by little since the 1990's.
