520 b영문초록 : The prepolymers which have lots of properties and formations of polyols/diisocynates influence the manufacture of of polyurethane adhesives. The following conclusions were obtained through experimental analysis. 1. The optimum molecular weight of prepolymer was from about 1.9 × 10^(4) to about 4.0 × 10^(4). 2. The high consumed [ -NCO % ] of prepolymers obtained from MDI (4, 4'-methylene di-phenyl isocyanate ) and PTMG (poly tetra methylene ether glycohol). 3. Shelf life of prepolymer from masuring the tack-free time of curing mechanism was in the order as follows : (1) Diisocyanates : MDI+TDI > TDI > MDI (2) Polyols : PTMG+PPG > PTMG 4. The optimum formations of prepolymer was obtained in TDI/PTMG and MDI+TDI/PTMG system. 5. Effects of DBTL(wt%) on torque and tensile strength of prepolymers were shown Fig. 10, 11 and 12. 6. Each of prepolymers have obtained the optimum thermal stabilization.
