The purpose of this study, Delphi techniques were applied, and an expert groups in China with experience in supervised education was selected. Specifically, the expert group consisted of university professors, members of Taekwondo related institutions and Taekwondo instructors. The collection of data on Delphi techniques was conducted three times, with data collected through open questionnaires for the first round and closed questionnaires for the second and third rounds. The data collection was conducted through questionnaires, e-mails, and WeChat. The result of this are as follows. first, a professional training program is needed for taekwondo trainees. Second, Henan Province has the largest population in China and the demand for Taekwondo is high. Third, the research on Taekwondo in Henan Province, China, was found to be due to the insufficient research on dojo education programs. The problem with the Taekwondo dojo education program in Henan Province, China is that when Taekwondo dojo is publicized, the program does not match the actual education process, and classes are not conducted according to the level of trainees. As an improvement to the Taekwondo Education Program in Henan Province, China, Taekwondo Instructor must correct the publicity of the characterized program for dojo registration, and Taekwondo instructor should set up Taekwondo belt based level of lessons based on the level of trainees. It was also found that Taekwondo instructors must study to improve their ability to teach theoretical and practical programs in order to achieve their training goals.
