Groundwater plays a crucial role in the hydrological cycle, and analyzing it is essential for the development of water supply systems and predicting water usage. In the water industry, the utilization of cloud platforms and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology are highly necessary for the digitization of water resources information. In this thesis, we implemented a city water management system with various functionalities, including AI-based water demand prediction, on a cloud platform.Cloud computing is employed as an internet-based computing model for developing a smart water cloud platform for hydrological modeling and analysis. The cloud water resource management platform is divided into components such as water source, distribution network, supply network, point network users, pipe leakage detection, and general user metering. We attempted to connect a numerical simulation approach to the two-dimensional instantaneous groundwater flow problem with the smart water cloud platform.Furthermore, we addressed the application of AI technology in water supply management, covering data analysis, predictive modeling, intelligent monitoring, fault detection, and water quality management. We demonstrated the reliability of water consumption predictions using the ARIMA + Transformer model and highlighted the advantages of AI technology to discuss strategies for improving the efficiency of water supply management. Additionally, we implemented data collection, 3D modeling, and operational monitoring features using a data transmission and display system. By establishing a deep learning-based daily water supply prediction model, we resolved issues related to random fluctuations and built a cloud platform for water supply prediction based on deep learning to store, analyze, and share large datasets.
