The study aims to focus the physical health and future development of students ranging from elementary schools, junior middle schools and senior high schools. Based on the data of the National Physical Health Standards of Students in the city of Zhengzhou, China, the study analyzes the physical health of students in Zhengzhou, finds out the problems of physical education curriculum and puts forward suggestions. The findings are as follows. First, there are differences in ‘the National Physical Fitness Standards’ for students of different genders, schools and grade groups. First, male students have more flexibility and cardiopulmonary endurance than female students. However, female students are inferior in obesity, agility, muscle, and explosive power. Second, at different levels, cardiopulmonary endurance, muscle strength and explosive power are also declining. Finally, obesity and overweight in elementary school children are increasing in different grades. These results have arisen from factors coming from society aspect, management aspect, school aspect and student levels aspect. Second, the relative priorities of the components of a series of physical education and curriculum programs are as follows. The relative priorities of the upper program are teaching objectives, contents, operation, and evaluation. The relative priorities of the median event include 18 items, such as basic competence and professional competence. The relative priorities of the next 50 categories are health performance and exercise functions. Third, a series of integrated physical education curriculum plans developed according to students' physical fitness standards are aimed at elementary schools, junior middle schools and senior high schools, which adopt core academic qualities to lead the curriculum. Curriculum goals are not only concrete, but also guide the content, management and evaluation of the curriculum. The curriculum content design is centered on student development, and the curriculum content standards are rising from easy to difficult, depending on the different grades of different schools. The curriculum needs not only integration, both inside and outside of school, but also close cooperation between schools, families, and the society. The curriculum evaluation system is mainly based on the question of ‘who will judge’‘what to judge’ and ‘how to judge’ and put forward the direction of evaluation based on process and completeness. Based on the conclusion of this paper, the following suggestions are made for the purpose of further research. First, it is necessary to continue to develop curriculum standards for kindergartens and universities. Secondly, it is necessary to adopt a series of measures aimed at elementary, middle and high schools. On-site empirical study of physical education and educational curriculum model must be carried on to continuously revise the problems. Third, Specific follow-up studies should be carried out on the considerations of the curriculum of a series of physical education courses for field purposes. Fourth, we should actively implement the curriculum standards after they are established. In the course of management, it is important not only to improve the quality of teachers, but also to build the unity of schools, families, and society, which will lay the foundation for the all-round development of students.keyword: Chinese Physical Education Curriculum, Serialization, Zhengzhou, National Physical Fitness Standards for Students.
