Korea and China both belong to the cultural circle of Chinese characters, so the Chinese characters used in the two countries are often the same and have similar meanings. Among them, there are some particular disyllabic words. They are composed of same constituents in formal type but have quite the reverse in order. Such disyllabic words are called “Disyllabic Sino-Korean in Same Type and Reverse Order” in this study. The purpose of this study is the two. The one is to divide them in some morphic patterns by their correspondence relation between Korean and Chinese. The other is to analyse semantic relations of them and to find out similarities and differences between Korean and Chinese. This study is composed of 5 chapters. In Chapter 1, there are study purpose, study object, study methods and advanced studies. In Chapter 2, We firstly definite the concept of Same Type and Reverse Order Sino-Korean. Then through examining advanced studies, We extracted 374 pairs of Disyllabic Sino-Korean in Same Type and Reverse Order between Korean and Chinese. Also we find out that they are divided into 5 patterns in morphic aspect and 4 patterns in semantic aspect. In Chapter 3, we examine the five morphic patterns of Same Type and Reverse Order Sino-Korean in detail. In the course of it, we analyse which of them are commonly used in Korea or which are commonly used in China. According to this analysis of them, there are few 'one to one response words' but a lot of 'one to many response' or 'many to many response words'. In Chapter 4, We analyse the semantic relations of Same Type and Reverse Order Sino-Korean between Korean and Chinese and divided into four patterns. Those are Congruence relation , Inclusion relation, Overlapping relation and Disjunction relation. Among them, most words of Same Type and Reverse Order Sino-Korean between Korean and Chinese are in Disjunction relation. By discussing the type and meaning relationship of Disyllabic Sino-Korean in Same Type and Reverse Order between Korean and Chinese, we hope that this study can help korean people or chinese people to avoid the misuse of this kind of words in daily life.
