This study on the Analysis of Pneumatic spring break system which is dedicated to Punch Machine is carried out by using numerical method. In the modern industrial manufacture, the developmental trend of working characteristic of the punch machine is high accuracy super-speed and high automation. The quick rhythm and high-frequency of supplying materials of the punch machine makes operators suffer from tiredness both spiritual and physical, which leads to having hands and head wounded or disabled. As a result, it is necessary and urgent to design and install a qualified brake system and safety equipment to protect operators in the punch machine. In this study. The characteristics of the CTE braking system are mainly studied and analyzed. The important parts of the brake including the machine tool are systematically studied and analyzed. The principle of the braking system is discussed in detail. On this basis, the working principle of the protection system and the overall program of the system are detailed and reliable design. And the key components were selected. After analysis and verification, the brake system used DH40 * 70 of the brake spring. Can achieve a better braking effect, braking time 0.06s, braking angle 84 degrees. Use this brake system of the machine selection 75kw motor to meet the requirements. The obtained results can be applied to the design and the improvement of brake system.
