This paper is the research to the cartoon character created according to Journey to the West, Three Kingdoms, All Men Are Brothers material which in three countries includes Korea, China and Japan. The contemporary visual languages using extend the corresponding visual languages research and development and therefore facilitate the development of cultural industry. Compared to other industries, cultural industries based on one successful thing and can develop second products that maintain the original source multiple OSMU [One Source Multi Use]. The successful cultural industries can improve the entire industry and the high value-added products. Now we can see product of OSMU everywhere around us.Under this background, the research on visual show of Journey to the West, Three Kingdoms, All Men Are Brothers will become valuable. Through comparative analysis of classical literature cartoon character, cartoon design features of the three countries can be sorted out. In terms of character design, the characteristics study can be considered a good model for the present study. In this paper, using cartoon character component factor analysis and charts, three countries cartoon character design analysis, organized into modeling features, design features, props feature. Then to infer three countries overall character design trends and design features.Korea tends to use combination of pop elements and their social and cultural elements. Chinese pay more attention to the analysis of the original and extract the required elements from the ancient culture. Japan will use its massive cartoon culture system elements and the world's cultural elements logos to design an exclusive Japanese character. This feature comes from Korea, China and Japan the three countries own culture.
