中国改革开放40多年来经济快速发展, 中国学者关于变革型领导的研究也进入了新的 研究阶段.本研究收集和整理2001-2023年在中国知网数据库发表的变革型领导理论的中 文学术论文数据, 通过E-Study、CiteSpace软件做计量可视化分析. 分析结果表明, 目前中 国变革型领导理论正处于研究转型阶段, 变革型领导研究在中国情境下的本土化研究、 中国特色变革型领导量表开发方面有比较明显的研究成果, 但中国的变革型领导研究仍 然面临实证研究不足、不同文化环境的适应性不同等现实问题.中国情境下变革型领导研 究及跨文化比较研究后续可能成为中国变革型领导的研究方向, 并为新兴领导力研究提 供理论和数据支持.
Over the past 40 years of China's reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly, and Chinese scholars’ research on transformational leadership has entered a new stage. This study collected and collated the data of Chinese academic papers of transformational leadership theory published in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure database from 2001 to 2023, and conducted quantitative visualization analysis through E-Study and CiteSpace.The analysis results indicate that the China's transformational leadership theory is currently in the research of transformation stage and there are significant research achievements in the localization research of transformational theory in the Chinese context and the development of transformational leadership scale with Chinese characteristics. However, there are still practical problems in the research of transformational leadership in China, such as insufficient empirical research, different adaptability to different cultural environments. The research on transformational leadership in the Chinese context and cross-cultural comparison may become the research direction for transformational leadership in China, and provide theoretical and data support for emerging leadership research.
