Although mobility is related to overall social problems, there is a lack of conceptual discussion on mobility. Therefore, this study seeks to explore the concept of mobility and discover mobility indicators that can be measured in reality. For the analysis, the Urban Mobility Index of UN-Habitat was used to compare and analyze cities across the country. As a result of the analysis, very low mobility indicators were shown in areas other than the metropolitan area and regional metropolitan areas. This shows a different result from the lowest score in the daily average travel time for commuting to and from the metropolitan area. In the future, researchers will be able to suggest regional mobility improvement plans by supplementing mobility data beyond this study.
