Single-person households and double-income households are increasing. As a result, much of the cooking time at home is disappearing. Home Meal Replacement occupies this position. The meal kit market is growing significantly at more than 30% per year. In this study, it was suggested that the meal kit is useful as a factor that increases the intention to use the meal kit. This study revealed that there are three factors that make up the utility of meal kits: product quality, economic value, and convenient use. In order to increase the intention to use meal kits, the utility of meal kits must be increased, and in order to increase the utility of meal kits, prduct quality, economic value, and convenient use of meal kit products must be increased from a consumer's point of view. In this study, this relationship was empirically verified. As the most important implication to be informed through research related to meal kit, this study presented utility. Without high utility, the intention to use the product cannot be increased. In this study, the clearest implication is that the consumer's choice factors were examined from the perspective of utility.
