Before COVID-19, there was a craze for gourmet restaurants. They visited gourmet restaurants across the country to introduce various opinions of consumers and provide information on gourmet restaurants. However, as COVID-19 began, the introduction of gourmet restaurants across the country disappeared one by one. This is because the number of visitors to gourmet restaurants has decreased. As the number of gourmet restaurants gradually recovered from COVID-19, the number of gourmet restaurants introduced increased one by one by one. The craze for visiting gourmetrestaurants is expected to intensify. This study analyzed the cause of gourmet restaurant preference at a time when COVID-19 was transferred to the endemic. In terms of gourmet restaurant preference, consumers' confirmity tendency was the highest in explanation. The trend-leading tendency was a minority of gourmet restaurant users. However, it is highly likely that the tendency to confirmity is the tendency of many users. As the explanatory power of the confirmity tendency is high, active promotion of restaurants is needed to stimulate consumers' confirmity tendency and increase confirmity. When awareness of gourmet restaurants increases and there is a perception that other people like and prefer gourmet restaurants, the public nature of gourmet restaurants is secured. The results of this study can be used as a strategic measure when the craze for gourmet restaurant preference is reproduced in the future.
