This paper summarizes the theory of online learning from the perspective of Chinese students and provides reference for improving the level of online teaching. Based on the theory of service quality and customer satisfaction, the paper provides suggestions for improving service quality of online education through combating the relevant documents of service quality. This paper mainly adopts the literature review method, which provides reference for online education by examining a lot of relevant literature and materials, then analyzing, summarizing and organizing the latest developments, academic views and suggestions on current issues.
