近年来,中国政府致力于加大对文化旅游产业的扶持和政策的完善,中国文化旅游产 业已成为重要的经济组成部分,影响着中国国内以及国际文化旅游市场. 华侨城集团成 立于1985年,经过三十年的发展历程,成为中国最具代表性的文旅企业. 本研究旨在分 析中国文旅产业发展现状和特征,并且根据数据收集对华侨城集团进行了波特五力模型 和BSC-SWOT分析,深入研究其企业竞争力和成功原因. 华侨城集团文化旅游资源丰富,企业规模庞大,盈利体系健全. 但华侨城集团仍然存 在基础设施建设成本过高、知识产权意识不足、创新能力偏弱等问题. 基于这些分析, 为中国文化旅游产业和华侨城集团带来新的启示,同时为韩国文化旅游企业提高企业竞 争力,进入中国市场制定发展策略提供参考.
The cultural tourism industry has already grown into an important axis in the Chinese economy and has a great influence on the international cultural tourism industry. The Overseas Chinese Group which was established in 1985, has grown to become a representative cultural tourism company in China. This study introduced the development in the Chinese culture-tourism industry and the overseas Chinese group. The Five Forces Model and BSC-SWOT analysis were also used to access the overseas Chinese group’s competitiveness and reason for success. Overseas Chinese group has abundant cultural tourism resources and has a competitive advantage over other companies. By building a cultural tourist service system that is customized to the Chinese circumstances, it has a large market share. However, it continues to face issues such as high infrastructure construction costs, a lack of intellectual property rights acknowledgment, and a lack of innovation. Based on this analysis, implications for enhancing the competitiveness of the Chinese culture and tourism industry and overseas Chinese groups were presented.
