The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of innovative behavior of leisure culture of MZ generation on smart device acceptance intention and mobile health care behavior. As of 2021, the MZ generation (those born between 1982 and 2001) living in Gangwon-do was set as the population, and a total of 360 data were used for the actual analysis using the convenience sampling method. As a result of the analysis, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the innovative behavior of leisure culture of MZ generation was found to affect the intention to accept smart devices. Second, the innovative behavior of MZ generation leisure culture was found to have an effect on m-health care behavior. Third, it can be seen that there is a close relationship with the innovative behavior of the MZ generation leisure culture, the intention to accept smart devices, and the mobile health care behavior.
