The right to litigate in ethnic languages is the legitimate rights and interests granted to all ethnic groups by the Constitution and related laws, and is an important manifestation of the policy of ethnic equality and the principle of human rights protection in the judicial work of the government. At present, China has made certain achievements in protecting the right to litigate in ethnic languages, but there are still rooms for improvement. Taking the protection of Korean language litigation rights in Yanbian district as a sample for analysis, the paper studied the results achieved, summarized the outstanding problems, and explored the potential solutions, with a view to providing ideas for strengthening the protection of ethnic language litigation rights.
