Reality show is a kind of film and television variety show suitable for all ages, which has always maintained a high audience rating; There are many kinds of programs, most of which focus on competitive and emotional experience. In recent years, the reality show breaks through the barriers of the existing program form and is recognized and loved by the audience through the narrative way of film and television drama to shape the plot of the program and bring a strong sense of immersion experience. Compared with the conventional reality show, the combination of adventure, suspense elements and MC's real reaction makes the participants immerse in the story situation, and make real choices and performance according to the situation. This paper selects the Korean original reality show Crime Scene and the Chinese localized version of reality show Who's the Murderer as the research objects. Based on the semiotic aggregation theory of communication, supplemented by the psychological Flow Theory, it analyzes the characters, plots and public characters of fantasy theme in the images of Korean and Chinese “immersive” reality show. Also, this paper analyzes the elements of “immersive” and the characteristics of scene setting, costume make-up, post editing and other picture construction, and from the perspective of rhetoric, expounds the narrative logic, space-time remodeling and emotional resonance of the images of “immersive” reality show. This paper attempts to summarize the image characteristics of this kind of reality show to promote the better organic combination of plot and scene, fiction and reality, technology and art in this kind of program, so as to create a higher quality “immersive” reality show, meet the demand of Korean and Chinese audiences for higher artistic aesthetics, and bring a more real immersion experience.
