The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of China's entrepreneurship on the long-term orientation of employees of Chinese trading companies trading in Korea. In particular, entrepreneurship, which is an independent variable, is component of entrepreneurship, focusing on entrepreneurial behavior applied in the study of Jung Kyung Sik et al.(2016), risk sensitivity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and achievement desires. and the dependent variable is the trading process that reflects the transaction process and the fairness of the price in terms of the nature of the trading enterprise, and organizational commitment and long-term orientation of the member. The subjects of the study were the members of the trading company in China. The analysis was conducted with 317 questionnaires and analyzed the reliability, validity and confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis of the structural equation model using SPSS and AMOS program. As a result of the analysis, it is found that the entrepreneurial spirit has a significant influence on the innovation and achievement desire among the components of entrepreneurial spirit. The sense of risk and desire for achievement have a significant influence on organizational commitment. It is a very important factor in immersion. Also, transaction process and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the long - term orientation of transactions. Therefore, in the international trade, which is very different from the domestic business environment, the entrepreneurial spirit of the members forms a trust relationship through the recognition of fairness in the transaction with the other party and organizational commitment such as long service, Long-term directionality can be realized.
