Job performance of hotel employees is considered to be managed and regarded very importantly because it affects the success of organization. Recently number of education programs which stimulate emotions and help better control in the areas where the rational thoughts are seriously considered and positive psychological capital is noted as an improving factor of organization's performance. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the effects of hotel employees' self-efficacy to job performance and moderation effects of positive psychological capital in the relationship. Study results showed self-efficacy positively affected the self-regulatory efficacy and preference of task difficulty in three sub-factors and confidence didn't affect statistically significant effect to job performance. In other words, the result was drawn that job performance is increasing as self-regulatory efficacy and preference of task difficulty are higher. Additionally in test results whether positive psychological capital has moderation effects in hotel employees' self-efficacy and job performance. First, hope showed moderation effects in the effects of self-regulatory efficacy which is a sub-factor of self-efficacy and the result was drawn that job performance could be expanded which could be increased by self-regulatory efficacy. However, optimism and resilience didn't show moderation effects in the effects of self-efficacy to job performance and it was analyzed that optimism and resilience didn't affect the job performance directly as independent variables.
