研究生的成长和发展不仅有赖于自身的勤奋, 而且也离不开合理的培养 机制. 中国各学科门类的研究生招生规模近年增长迅速, 但是, “重选轻管” 甚至在培养过程中不管不问的现象比较严重, 培养方法保守单一, 加上研 究生自身的学风倦怠或者急于求成, 不少研究生错过了成长成才的“黄金时 期”. 法科研究生的培养问题比较典型, 论文抄袭行为增多, 研究生解决实 际问题的能力也非常不足, 社会对法科研究生的认可度降低. 提高研究生 的培养质量除了应当重视招生“入口”环节和毕业“出口”环节外, 还应当重视 研究生培养过程中的分流淘汰机制. 借鉴国外著名大学重视“过程培养”的经 验, 进一步强化和完善研究生培养过程中的分流淘汰机制, 有利于激发研 究生的学术潜力, 提升研究生群体的整体学术水平和专业能力.
The postgraduates’ growth and development depend not only on their own diligence, but also on the universities’ reasonable management system. As Chinese postgraduate enrollment scale has expanded rapidly in recent years, universities cannot pay as much attention or investment as before to the students’ training in the following years. Worse still, the monotonous and conservative training methods as well as the postgraduates’ anxiety for quick results let the students miss the “golden period” for growth. The issues and failure in Juris Postgraduates training are fairly typical, such as the increasing thesis plagiarism, the weakening ability in solving actual problems and the reducing acceptance by society to the postgraduates of law science. Therefore it is necessary to reform the students’ training system. Learning from the experience of foreign famous universities, it is of great benefit to further strengthen and improve the diversion & drop-out system in the course of postgraduates training so as to stimulate the postgraduates’ academic potential, enhance their overall academic skill and professional ability in solving problems.
