This paper proposes a practical teaching program of data acquisition and processing technology course based on the concept of Outcome based education (OBE). It takes students as the main body and adopts reverse thinking to reform and construct the current curriculum system. Meanwhile, the analysis and summary of the teaching effects presented after the improvement demonstrate that the program is effective in improving teaching quality, developing students' engineering thinking logic, and enhancing students' ability to solve practical engineering problems. Students have shown great performance in many professional competitions, and their final grades have also steadily increased year by year.
