Oscillator-free 5G MMWoF with 50-km long- reach SMF link is demonstrated using two-color VCSEL transmission and at power envelope detection to deliver wireline 64-QAM GFDM at 40 Gbit/s and wireless 4-QAM GFDM at 8 Gbit/s.
