In order to enhance competitiveness, knowledge intensive organizations should optimize traditional job types and adopt new employee management strategies. The management optimization of knowledge employees is analyzed from three aspects: post setting, career development and use strategy in this paper. First of all, we analyze the role of knowledge employees in work itself and employee management, and explain the necessity of management optimization. Secondly, the main principles of post-based knowledge setting are put forward, and the main basis for providing work and life security for knowledge employees put forward. Third, the career development channel of knowledge employees is put forward to explain the practical problems of management optimization. Fourth, the use value model of knowledge employees is constructed, which mainly provides a theoretical basis for knowledge-intensive organizations to optimize employee structure.
