In densely complex and variable signal environment, it is critical to quickly detect a moving radar target. The paper focuses on the difficulties faced by the current radar countermeasures, and analyzes the methods and specific processes of realizing the electromagnetic spectrum change detection of radar targets, and studies the four key technologies of the transaction detection. Simulation experiments verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
