In order to detect the OSA accurately witout using contactable devices, a non-contact was using Doppler radar is presented in this paper. The residual comparison based algorithm has been proposed to enhance the body movement cancellation and pre-event baseline calculation during the OSA event detection, which is mainly utilized the waveform characteristics between normal breathing and body movement. The experimental result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method for diagnosing the OSA event.
