the most effective way to improve the simulation results is to improve the model itself, different methods established to check the model comparability. Because of the Time-varying, nonlinearity and complexity of the machining process, the traditional PID control has been unable to meet the requirements, which are being high-speed and high-precision, the most active solution methods had been investigated by adding an advanced controller's method. The idea to establish a comparable model witch able to accept this addition is a big deal, therefore, this paper aims to create a milling control process model using the MAT LAB/SIMULINK software to generate real milling machining equations, and giving it appropriate processing parameters. To insure that the simulating results are comparable, first the process will be modelled in the MATLAB software to test the step response under various parameters. Then, I will show how to add a Look-up table fuzzy control method step by step to the established model, using the same idea to cut a work piece example mentioned in some previous published papers. Finally, comparing this method with other work results using Fuzzy Interface Mamdani Style added to the same model witch I did in the previous paper.
