This paper proposes a new approach to enhance the security of MISO systems. A channel characteristics projection method is developed to secure MISO systems at the physical layer. Transmission secrecy can be guaranteed by randomness introduced by the authorized channel characteristics projection, which generates a pair of projection vectors randomly chosen as transmitting beam-former. While the inner-product between authorized channel characteristics and transmitting beam-former is always constant, the eavesdropper's one is randomly changed. Extensive simulations are conducted to demonstrate the proposed method.
