With the rapid development of sensor and computer technologies, many human health measurement instrument and software based on variable kinds of sensors are emerging. But most of them are just belonged to positive measurement tools and can’t instruct user to relax their emotion. In this paper, we present a health relaxation system which can collect information from human body using our sensor and teach user how to relax using biofeedback information from the sensor.
