Direct cooling means that the coolant directly contacts with the stator and winding. It provides very efficient cooling. Although oil cooled motors have advantages in heat dissipation, additional cooling oil devices have been added to the entire system. In order to solve the above problems, this article designs an oil-water composite cooling system. This design adds an oil cooling system that directly cools the stator, but does not add additional devices to the system.
