This paper designs an intelligent management system for millions of dismantled and returned electricity meters to achieve automatic sorting and evaluation of dismantled and used electricity meters. The system includes storage connection unit, automatic loading and unloading unit, system conveying unit, automatic disassembly unit, automatic identification unit, appearance inspection unit, labeling unit, manual labeling unit, automatic sorting unit and scrap disposal unit. By categorizing the faults in the installation components of the dismantled energy meter, the maintenance value is determined based on the fault situation, maintenance cost, and remaining life.
