Aiming to solve the problem that it is difficult to deal with IF signal when high-order cumulant is recognized by signal modulation, this paper proposes an improved high-order statistical feature based on the instantaneous sequence. Firstly, the algorithm extracts three instantaneous sequences from signal amplitude, frequency, and phase Angle. Secondly, the high-order cumulants are calculated respectively, and the higher-order cumulant characteristics of the instantaneous phase sequence are removed according to the feature distribution. Finally, the recognition rate can reach more than 90% when the signal-noise ratio is 1 dB in simulation, which is better than the comparison algorithm, that is, the features are robust, effective, and advanced.
