A reasonable planning and deployment of controllable distributed generators and distributed energy storage can help enhance the resilience under extreme scenarios, as well as improve the ability of Photovoltaic (PV) consumption under normal operation scenarios. This paper focus on distribution system with high-penetration PVs, a planning method to improve restoration capability is proposed. Firstly, extreme scenarios are generated and clustered based on Monte-Carlo simulation and K-means method. Then, a two-stage resilience planning model is built, to generate optimal planning scheme. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by case study.
