This paper designs a device to prevent material nameplate information disclosure, aiming at solving the problem of confidentiality of sensitive information in the process of power material sampling. Firstly, the paper analyzes the confidentiality requirements in the power material sampling task, and discusses the limitations and challenges of the existing technology. Based on this, we put forward a design scheme to prevent the leakage of material information nameplate. The device includes a monitoring and alarm system for nameplate information of materials. By scanning and identifying the nameplate information of materials, the device can monitor the access behavior of nameplate information in real time and give an alarm when unauthorized access or copying behavior is found. Through experiments and tests, we verified the performance and feasibility of the device. The results show that the device can accurately monitor the access and dissemination of nameplate information and give an alarm in time to prevent potential information leakage.
