This manuscript introduces a power divider design that utilizes spoof surface plasmon polaritons (SSPPs) to achieve wideband filtering capabilities and a broad stopband. The dispersion characteristics of the proposed SSPPs are analyzed, and grating slots are etched on the top layer of the substrate to realize the proposed filtering power divider structure using substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). By leveraging the high-pass trait of SIW and low-pass trait of SSPPs, the bandwidth of the filtering power divider can be extensively customized by adjusting their dimensions. Finally, a power divider with a frequency band range of 7-11.2 GHz and filtering characteristics is designed.
