We report a 4-channel wavelength selective switch (WSS) with four second-order micro-ring resonators (MRRs). Each MRR has a flat-top spectrum and are tuned with two micro-heaters. The WSS exhibits a 3dB bandwidth of ~75 GHz and extinction ratios around 10 dB and 22 dB, respectively, at the through and drop ports.
