Blood glucose is one of the important physiological parameters of human body. The purpose of this study was to develop a method for estimating blood glucose levels by measuring heart rhythm. It is expected that continuous detection of human blood glucose can be achieved, and it has the advantages of being wearable, non-invasive, pain-free, low-cost, and easy to use. For the experiment, the blood glucose changes of the human body were obtained through the CGM system and compared with ST, QT, PR, HRV (SDNN), HRV (TP) and HRV (LF/HF) in ECG. A regression relationship between them can therefore be established. The results showed that human blood glucose have a linear relationship with these parameters in ECG. The proposed innovations provide a solution for remote diagnosis of chronic diseases and precision medicine strategy.
