Early education curriculum promotes children’s intellectual development to a certain extent, but its internal incentive mechanism is still unclear. Thus, this research is focused on the role of early education curriculum in children’s language development. The data was collected from the actual education scene of an early education institution in China. Children and parents were invited to participate in the experiment. A pre-teaching score was measured for children’s language development ability. Then, the children participated in differentiated early education courses independently for post-teaching scoring of children’s language development ability. The children who improved after teaching were classified as positive samples, while those who improved less were negative samples. Secondly, all early education courses were labeled according to their characteristics. Then, based on the LightGBM method, a classification model of children’s language ability development based on curriculum characteristics was constructed. The result showed consistency in the children’s intellectual development according to teaching experience.
