High-entropy alloys show great potential for industrial application because of their excellent physical and chemical properties. In this work, a simple DC electrodeposition method was introduced to prepare FeCoNiCuZn high-entropy alloy films on a 304 steel substrate. The phase composition, micromorphology, element composition and electrochemical properties of the films were characterized, analyzed and discussed, which provided reference and inspiration for preparing high-entropy alloy two-dimensional materials by electrochemical methods.
