为了筛选出适合贵州推广应用的辣椒新品种,采用AMMI模型和双标图分析法,对2015年贵州省干椒区域试验数据进行研究,分析10个辣椒新品种的稳定性及丰产性,以及8个试点的鉴别力和代表性。试验结果表明,黔椒11号产量最高、绥椒2011产量最低、黔椒11号最不稳定、独山线椒2号最稳定,综合品种产量和稳定的指标,遵辣2164属于高产、稳产型品种,适应性广;试点表现上,贵阳试验点区分能力最强,铜仁试验点区分能力最弱,独山试验点代表性最好,综合而言独山试验点是最理想的试验地点。因此,利用AMMI模型和双标图分析法能有效地分析基因与环境的互作效应。
In order to select the new cultivar that was most suitable for local promotion and application, AMMI model and Biplot were adopted to analyze the data of dry pepper regional trial in Guizhou in 2015. This paper analyzed the stability and yielding ability of 10 new pepper cultivars, as well as discriminability and representativeness of 8 testing sites. The results showed that Qianjiao No.11 had the highest yield, while Suijiao 2011 had the lowest yield. Qianjiao No.11 had the lowest stability, while Dushanxianjiao No.2 had the highest stability. Zunjiao 2164 belongs to the high yield, stable yield cultivar, had extensive adaptation. The best discrimination capacity was on Guiyang testing site, the worst was on Tongren testing site. While Dushan testing site was the best representative. In terms of comprehensive, Dushan area was the most ideal testing sites. AMMI model and Biplot can effectively analyze the interaction effect between environment and gene.
