The article presents a study which examines the development of ulnar neuropathy at the elbow of Ironman triathletes in the U.S. The findings of the study reveal that the incidence rate of ulnar compression neuropathy at the elbow is higher among Ironman athletes who are using aerobar. Majority of them experienced ulnar symptoms and are positive with Tinel sign.
