The aim of this study was to describe the recovery pattern of OD in a cohort of COVID-19 patients with an 18-month follow-up and to analyze the possible variables associated with spontaneous early or late recovery. Regarding parosmia, 38 patients reported parosmia (38.4%) at 9-month follow-up, and 3 patients reported parosmia (23.1%) among the 13 patients who reported OD at 18-month follow-up.
