The touch driving circuit is configured to output a driving signal to drive a touch electrode of the touch display device; and the touch driving circuit includes: a power supply voltage generation circuit, a switching circuit and a first energy storage capacitor, where a first input end of the switching circuit is connected to the power supply voltage generation circuit; a second input end of the switching circuit is connected to a ground terminal GND through the first energy storage capacitor; a third input end of the switching circuit is connected to the ground terminal GND; an output end of the switching circuit is connected to the touch electrode; the power supply voltage generation circuit is configured to generate a first positive voltage; the switching circuit is configured to control the touch electrode to be connected to the power supply voltage generation circuit during a first period of time, and control the touch electrode to be connected to the first energy storage capacitor during a second period of time, and control the touch electrode to be connected to the ground terminal GND during a third period of time. The touch driving circuit has lower driving power consumption.
