This study verified the effect of program which is developed and implemented by The Office of the Chief of Chaplains in ROKA Headquarters for enhancing resilience among junior officers. Participants voluntarily completed three surveys: one prior to the intervention, another post-intervention, and the third a week later. Among these, 198 participants completed pre- and post-intervention surveys and 99 participants completed all three surveys. The findings indicate an enhancement in resilience levels following the program, with resilience levels changing over time (pre < post, pre < a week after, post > a week after). Moreover, enhanced resilience predicted better military life adaptation and job satisfaction a week later, even when controlling for pre-survey levels. These results confirm the efficacy of in the ROKA. Suggestions for future resilience enhancement in the ROKA are discussed.
